Renukut

The Place I love most is Renukut. It’s the  place,  where my parents stay and my father works in a reputed position in Hindalco. Hinadlco is the Aditya Birla Group company and second largest producer of aluminum in Asia.
Many friends of mine would not have heard name of this city. So, friends get ready to read & prepared to know about this city & for visit too.
Location:
Renukoot is located at 24.2°N 83.03°E. It has an average elevation of 283 metres (931 feet).
Renukoot is 1,400 feet above sea level, with nearby hills exceeding 2000 feet. This makes the weather in Renukoot much less humid than in the nearby plain cities such as Varanasi and Mirzapur. Renukoot is also surrounded by thick well-preserved forests. Renukoot lies in the southeast-most part of Uttar Pradesh and sits next to Shakti Nagar, Anpara and some other towns in nearby Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattishgarh and Jharkhand.

History:
When Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru came for the inauguration of Rihand Dam, Mr GD Birla and JRD Tata accompanied him. He asked them to set up an industry here. Mr. GD Birla agreed and set up Hindalco Industries Limited in 1963. This was the foundation of Renukoot. Renukoot used to be in Mirzapur district which was later split up into Sonebhadra and Mirzapur. Renukoot falls into the Sonebhadra district now.

Climate & Topography:
Summers peak in May and June.
Rain starts around third week of June.
Temperature tends to fall in the evening after sunset in the summer, making it much more pleasant in May and June as compared to cities such as a Varanasi and Lucknow. Once the rains start in July, the weather becomes much milder than in the plains of U.P, with low humidity, and pleasant temperatures in the evening falling into the low 20s. Day-time summer is very bearable due to guaranteed power-supply from Hindalco to the Hindalco colony, clean roads, lots of shades and trees, and desert coolers that work well in the low humidity environment.
The weather is very pleasant from Dussehra to Holi, with the minimum temperatures between mid-decembers to mid-January dropping close to freezing (rarely dipping below zero degrees celsius). Day time maximum in winter tends to be in the high teens in peak winter and low 20s in November and February. Humidity tends to be very low making the winters very pleasant. The lack of many big cities makes the nearby forests ideal for star-gazing.
In the nearby hills that are up to 2000 feet high, the temperatures can be quite pleasant (no more than mid-twenties) as early as July and stay below that until April. Many of these hills have nice forests on them (one of the few forests in Uttar Pradesh outside of the Himalayas), and numerous massive water-falls and streams (e.g. Lehra, Razdhari, Hathi Nala) and resorts/picnic spots that serve as great get-away places during weekends for the locals.

Places to be visited:
Rihand Dam, located 1.5 kms from Renukoot, was built over Govind Ballabh Pant Sagar Lake and the Rihand River (a tributary of the Son River). This dam was created in 1960 and was inaugurated by then prime minister of India, Pt.Jawarharlal Nehru.

Renukeshwar Temple/Birla Mandir.
The temple built by the Birla's Family, stands at the top of the hill. Very beutifull carved architectures on the walls and inside very pleasant staue of Lord Shiv and Lordess Parvati makes the temple more beautiful and coolness to eyes and spiritual calmness. The Temple is sorrunded with beautiful garden and water falls and loighting fountains.

Radha Krishna Temple
The temple is lated at the mid of the city. This temple also has its unique beautiful secret...... that the mirrors and rflections of god at the mirrors make it very owsome to see.

Administrative Colony
Colony is of administered levels officers. But the beautiness liesin the colony ofits parks, clubs, beautiflu statues and Birla house.

Picnic Spots: Renukoot has excellent picnic spots like Chandra Prabha Sanctuary, Lehra, Pokhra, Kanhar River, Wyndham fall, Chilka lake, Vidhya Nagar, Lekhania Darri, etc. around it.

The Vindhyachal near the north-western part of the area are also famous for many religious hills and historic caves and temples. The famous Chunar Fort, dating 50 BC, is on the way to Varanasi from Renukoot, less than 5 hours away.

Yaadein Chacha Chaudhary Ki...........

Chacha Chaudhary Comics
We all in our child hood would have read comics, but I feel, “Chacha Chaudhary” , would have been loved by everyone of us.
Chacha Chaudhary (Hindi: चाचा चौधरी) is a very popular Indian comic book character, created by cartoonist Pran Kumar Sharma. The comic comes in ten Indian languages including Hindi and English and has sold almost ten million copies.
We would always remember a statement of comics, “Chacha Chaudhary ka deemag   computer se bhi tez daurta hai”.
Chacha Chaudhary was created in 1971 for the Hindi magazine Lotpot. It soon became popular among kids and the elderly alike.
Chacha Chaudhary's attire includes his red turban, a wooden stick, a waistcoat with a double inside pocket, and a pocket watch. His household consists of his wife Bini (Chachi), a faithful street dog called Rocket and a giant called Sabu.
Sabu is an alien from the planet Jupiter, always faithful to Chacha and provides the physical strength in time of need. He is huge and strong, about 15 feet tall. In some comics he is able to increase his size. He wears only a wrestler's kachha (briefs), a pair of ear-rings and a pair of gum-boots.
Sabu decided to stay at Earth with Chacha Chaudhary when he tasted delicious paratha and halwamade by Chachi during his visit to earth. Sabu has a twin brother called Dabu and the giant earrings that Sabu wears had been gifted to him by his mother when he left Jupiter. According to the comics, whenever Sabu gets angry, a volcano erupts at some distant place(this is stated in a panel with a picture of a volcano erupting, which says, "When Sabu is Angry, a Volcano Erupts at some distant place in jupiter"). Whenever he performs an act of great strength, he utters the cry, "Hu-Huba!". Sabu eats 108 chapatis at a time, 12 kilos of halwa and about 20 litres of lassi in one meal. He is not married, and avoids the topic. Sabu has little brain for his size seems to follow instructions obidiently and is never seen using whatever little brain he has.

  • Harmonize technical communication deliverable with your product’s or service’s branding and messaging.

Technical writers are not just writers, although that is certainly a major aspect of their duties. They are also user advocates, researchers, testers and publishers. A woman leads to Invention

Does everyone know that few important things are invented by women, without those things our daily life schedule would have been very difficult?
Yes! Women the mother of nature, not only cared for everyone but also invented new things to make our life easier.
Following are the list of world’s top women inventors:
Ø  Coffee Machine: A sip of coffee make you think of calm and pleasure. But ever you thought who made easier for you to make a cup coffee, its Melitta Bentz’s invention.
Ø  Throw away diapers: Earlier women felt the frustration in spending her days washing, bleaching and drying cloth baby diapers.  Mrs. Donovan invented the throw away diaper and sold her company for $1 million dollars and made moms around the world very happy.
Ø  Radium & Radioactive Material: Marie Curie was the only person to win two Nobel prizes. She was a scientist and an inventor. She invented a chemical process for extracting radioactive material from ore and she also discovered radium.
Ø  Computer Compiler: Admiral Grace Murray Hopper invented the first computer compiler. The way software was written was changed. She developed COBOL, which is the first user-friendly computer software program.
Ø  Brown Paper Bag: Martha Knight invented the machine that brown paper bags. She went on to invent several other machines and tools.
Ø  Hair – care products :Sarah Walker created hair-care products especially for black women
Ø  Removing cataract lenses: Patricia Bath - the first African-American female doctor to patent a method for removing cataract lenses. This transformed eye surgery by using a laser device that has helped many blind people to see.

As more women are encouraged to invent, the list of women inventors grows. But still today less than 10% of patents belong to women. Necessity is truly the mother of invention.
Women have been breaking barriers around the world and changing the way the world functions. Women have to walk that extra mile and fight lone battles to make the world wake up and see the need for change.
