Conflict, Co-ordination and Conquering ideas

"Idea" just pop-up from our mind whenever we are confused, in trouble, to show creativeness and  to kill boredom and even sometime for some destructive acts.
I’m not going to bore you all by writing upon , “ What is Idea?”.
Through this post ,just want to share few funny ideas upon which I and my friends  coordinated and conquered upon it.
In graduate, we were three  best friends ,  we were named  as, ‘gang of 3 girls’.  Study to questioning in classroom or from enjoyment to crazy , we never stood back
A day , my two  friends thought to do something different  and watch expression of everyone in classroom, but I was nervous, I felt everyone would laugh upon us. They made me agree by saying that , if you will just get frighten or nervous , then you can never be creative or adventurous to do any action. To make your ideas true and watch out the expression and confidence level at highest point.
We decide to wear pink color suit and go to college.  Very decently we entered the classroom, at everyone face there’s was a smile and question “ kya baat hai, aaj kuch special hai kya?.
Specially, on that day those who never talked to us , they gave us compliment too.
This incident made me realize, never keep own idea in mind , related to creative or funny or anything, always bring them in action and feel the happiness from inside, while, its result is positive or negative, as through idea you try to show your qualities, strength and self confidence.
I will be pleased and welcome , to share your any interesting funny idea with me.

In the opinion of great persons,

A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on. Ideas have endurance without death.
- John F. Kennedy
An idea that is not dangerous is unworthy of being called an idea at all.
- Oscar Wilde
An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.

This colourful artist’s village hides a dark story.

Odisha, famous for its art, culture, dance, tourist places, dishes ; but among this counting one important  traditional hand painting is  still hidden from us.
Raghurajpur village in Odisha ,is the only place where every villager is an artists and is continuing their meticulously hand painting art from a generation, but the art is grossly under appreciation.

Here, the art and painting  are made on clothes, paper, wood, house and sculpture of god and toys are made and painted by hand. The art takes from 5 days to 1 month to get complete. In the village , we can find all age group of people, i.e., 5 years old baby to 60 year old man busy  in painting, only just   to keep the art alive and to earn money.

While painting you will find
a pleasant and calm smile on their face, but they have  a dark hidden story behind it. As  they deal with third party to sell their painting, they earn very less money , i.e., their earning ranges between  4000 to 8000 rupees, on the other hand, in market the dealer sells at 30,000 to  50,000 amount. In return of their hard work they get a handful of money and suffers form bad health problem like of eyes and hand.
It’s so a shame of our government who doesn't pay attention towards them.
So to bring a change to their live and to popularize their painting,  I join hand with the "Indiblogger" team ,  to take their art to a global audience and cut out the middlemen who exploit them, and also appeals to everyone kindly promote their painting , to get appreciation through out the world for their skills.

Behenji turn Modern

Happy Women's Day

On the Women day celebration , I want to salute Indian women, by looking at the sudden growth of powerful confidence and individual acquirement of position in society or in other words, "Behenji to Mod".

When we give a glance to back 10-15 years, we imagine a woman dressed with well pinned up duppatta or  wearing  a grace full saree with well plated and pinned up. Having a shy-smile on face as somebody introduced her or holding the end of her oiled hair, pony tail, while talking to someone.
Parent made their  daughter grew up with  teaching, ‘how a  girl should laugh, talk , sit and be back to home before getting darkness. After getting graduate, parent paid attention to enhance her skills by  joining the vocational courses; likely cooking, painting, interior decoration, stitching and etc.

Girls were too nurtured with the qualities of behenjis, as gathering in smaller group in free time and have chat, gossip and crack jokes .
The behenji was one of the most important stability in India. Her talent was the ability to suffer in silence. No matter what the indignity – molestation, incest, rape – the behenji had to cover abuse and get on with life. The Indian thali was garnished with tightly constricted , lacking individualism, aspiration, rights – symbolized an older India itself.
Our country’s feudalistic socialism gifted behenji, a modest world broad thinking and energizing in growth of society. Reforms shook that veil , making the behenji look outside. From the 1990s, two economic determinants pushed India to modernity or becoming “mod”.
Firstly, the boom of industrial sector, bpo, hospitality to management , aviation to advertisement and banking to management. Everywhere male domination was shifted to female corporation. Thus, the behenji began to break bounds. School statistics show young women smashing the earlier year’s academic records. Marketing graphs show growing female consumers spending more.every new cultural space – malls, pubs, gyms – shows young women loving freedom.
Remarkable, families supported girls.
Secondly, joint families broke and nuclear ones emerged, many realised daughters would care for them even if sons turned away.
Both notions molded a powerful emotional change, parents now wanting more opportunities for their girls. This was reflected in the bollywood movies, ‘ Mother India’ to ‘Chandini,’ ‘Fashion’ to ‘Gulab Gang’. Alongside Kiran Bedi, Arundhuti Roy, Kalpana Chawala,  Sania Mirza and others  encouraged girls to think of themselves as individuals, meriting dignity and care.
Today look at Indian street, a woman is smartly dressed– usually, better than her looks, confidence stands out.
