In simple potato fry/ aloo ki bhujia add 1 tbsp
of garlic paste.

While making any special gravy sabji like shahi
paneer or egg curry, before putting the gas off add 1tbspn of cream/ malai . It
makes your dish tastier and gives a rich & thick look.

If you are going to cook Potato brinjal then
without adding any extra masala, just add tomato and garlic paste, it makes
your sabji tastier.
4.
Going to make Chila of besan, then add ½ cup
Sujhi , it makes crisper to your chila.
5.
While making Dhokla instead of baking soda just
add Eno, before going to steam it. It makes dhokla more puffy and spongy.
