Doskha
1 cup Chana Dal
½ cup Suji
1 tbspn of Ginger –
Garlic paste
½ tsp of green chilli
paste
4-8 black pepper corns
½ tspn turmeric
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep fry
(preferred mustard oil)
Method to cook:
Soak dal & rice for
night. Grind the rice- dal mixture
adding all the rest of ingredients. Keep
aside the paste for 1 hour.
In a kadhai add oil to
deep fry, when its get heated, with the help of a round shape spoon
pour the mixture very carefully in the oil.
If you pour it carelessly
it will get splitter.
In medium heat fry the
round shaped doskha till it gets in golden brown color.
Serve it with Hari
dhaniya chutney or choley or Aloo dum.
